Italy is one of the most diverse mountain countries in Europe. In a small area, massive Alpine massifs, sharp limestone towers, and extensive mountain ridges alternate. The TOP 10 Italy challenge invites you to explore peaks where high-altitude hiking intertwines with history, culture, and the distinct atmosphere of each region.

The goal of the challenge is to conquer ten prominent Italian peaks in a category that offers a wide range of experiences – from technically demanding ascents over glaciers to long ridge hikes and peaks with far-reaching views into Alpine valleys. Each ascent has its own character and requires good preparation and respect for the mountain environment. The challenge includes more complex glacier hikes and also difficult climbing routes at altitudes over 4,000 meters.
