The highest peak of the Bernese Alps. The classic approach from the west from the Finsteraarhorn Hütte leads over a glacier to the Hugi Pass (4075m) and from there along the ridge to the summit. Difficulty of rock sections II-III, significant exposure. The summit offers an extraordinary view.
