According to elevation analysis, the height is 1101.4m and the saddle height is 1095.9m. This is therefore an unofficial secondary peak. In the confusing terrain of the Václavova hora - V Růžku - V Pařezí ridge, it is just one of the rocks, however, it does sit on a certain elevation and meets the criteria, so why not include it.
