Nördliche Sexegertenspitze is a 3348 m high mountain in the Ötztal Alps in Tyrol, Austria.

The summit is located in Weißkam, at the end of Pitztal, southeast of Gepatschspeicher, south of Kaunergrat. The mountain is slightly lower than its southern neighbor, Südliche Sexegertenspitze (3429 m). Both peaks of Sexegertenspitze are covered with a thick layer of firn and are surrounded by glaciers. To the northeast and east lies the southern part of Sexegertenferner, while to the west, up to an altitude of 3100 meters, is Wannetferner. Neighboring peaks include Hochvernagtspitze (3535 m) to the south and Hintere Ölgrubenspitze (3296 m) to the northwest, separated by Wannetjoch (3110 m).

The normal route leads from Pitztal via the Taschachhaus hut (2434 m) to the summit.
