Östliche Simonyspitze (3442 m a.s.l.) is a mountain in the Hohe Tauern range in Austria. It is located in the Venediger group on the border between Tyrol and Salzburg. It lies on the Tauernhauptkamm ridge between the peaks of Westliche Simonyspitze (3481 m) to the southwest and Vorderer Maurerkeeskopf (3325 m) to the north. The northwestern slopes of the mountain are home to the Krimmlerkees glacier, while the southern slopes feature the Simonykees glacier and the eastern slopes host the Maurerkees glacier. The mountain is named in honor of the Austrian geographer Friedrich Simony.

The first ascent was made on July 28, 1871, by the Stuttgart climber Theodor Harpprecht accompanied by the mountain guide Josef Schnell.

The summit can be reached, for example, via the southeast ridge Dellacher-Keesflecke from the Essener-Rostocker Hütte (2207 m). This is a glacial hike with climbing of difficulty grade II.
