Korona Najwybitniejszych Szczytów Karpat Polskich
Again a copy - see here: https://www.koronygor.pl/knskp
Only a small adjustment has been made.
Compared to the Polish original, you will find two alternative peaks here.
One is Paportna and Jarabá skala in the Bieszczady (Bukovské mountains). The Polish original lists the peak Paportna, but according to Vrcholovka and Wikipedia, the higher peak is Jarabá skala. So choose which one you prefer.
The second pair are the peaks Roh and Osadzki Wierch on Połonina Wetlińska. The original mentions Połonina Wetlińska with an elevation of 1255m and a prominence of 383m, which roughly corresponds to the peak Roh. However, it is inaccessible because you are in a national park where entry off the paths is strictly prohibited. So to complete the challenge, it is enough to traverse Połonina via the nearby peak Osadzki Wierch. In any case, you will encounter fifty beautiful peaks in the Polish Carpathians that are definitely worth visiting.
