Polomský kopec (also Polomský vrch) (1051 m a.s.l.) is a rather inconspicuous peak in the northwestern part of the Orlické Mountains. To the north lies a more or less flat and marshy area, which is the largest level surface in the Orlické Mountains (where the Bělá spring is located).
In the tense 1930s, when guests from Bohemia were no longer welcomed as warmly at the hut on Vrchmezí, Czech hikers built a simple wooden lookout tower on Polomský kopec as a replacement. They named it the Dr. Valina viewpoint (in honor of Karel Valina, who oversaw road construction in the Orlické Mountains). The lookout tower most likely disappeared during World War II.
A few years ago, logging created a wide clearing, which now offers a view from Polomský kopec towards Olešnice in the Orlické Mountains and Náchod region.

According to the criteria of tisicovky.cz, it is not even a secondary peak - the elevation from the saddle does not reach 5m.
