Lion Rock, formed by a volcanic chimney 180 m high, on its flat summit lies a rock fortress and archaeological site. The core of the site consists of the remains of a palace complex that was established in the 5th century. On the western wall, under a rock overhang, frescoes predominantly of women with exposed breasts (cloud maidens) were created, which are now accessible via a steel spiral staircase.
