The second highest peak of the Jura Mountains in Switzerland, offering exceptional panoramic views of Lake Geneva, the Alps, and Geneva. It is a popular destination for hiking and skiing (Jura-sur-Léman ski resort) with trails for all levels. The summit also hosts strategic facilities: weather stations, radars, and telecommunications, highlighting its importance. Its landscape inspired Goethe in 1779, who described its magnificent beauty.
