Halda Hrabůvka, also known as Stará halda, is a spoil tip located in the southern part of Ostrava. The spoil tip served the Vítkovice Ironworks for the disposal of waste from metallurgical production, primarily slag. In 2010, reclamation of the spoil tip was underway, and its future use is being prepared. In 2014, operations at the spoil tip were halted, and the siding is deteriorating.
The best way to reach the summit of Halda is via an unmarked trail from the Benzina stop.
