The peak is located above the village of Domaniža. It is freely accessible along an unmarked mountain road, from which it is less than 100 meters past the forest to the top. From the top there are views especially of Strážovské vrchy, such as Hrubá Kečka or Sádocký vrch. Diel is an ideal hill for a short walk or circuit, whether on foot or by bicycle.
