The peak is located above the village of Domaniža. It is freely accessible via an unmarked dirt road, from which it is less than 100 meters to the summit along the forest. The views from the top are mainly towards the Strážovské Hills, such as Hrubá Kečka or Sádocký vrch. Diel is an ideal peak for a short walk or loop, whether on foot or by bike.
