The Ponorka Rock Viewpoint (Grosser Brandfelsen) consists of a trio of approximately 10-meter-high sandstone towers interconnected by bridges. This system of three viewing platforms equipped with railings, a bench, and a flagpole is accessible via thirty hewn steps. From the highest of the rock towers, there are stunning views of the Needle, Kamenický Castle, the town of Česká Kamenice, and further on to the panorama of the Czech Central Highlands. Another viewing platform offers a view to the northwest towards Děčínský Sněžník and part of the Czech Switzerland. East of Ponorka, roughly in the middle of the sandstone ridge, there was once a modified viewpoint called Julia Stránky at the summit of a group of rocks, located in close proximity to the Fire Tower.
