Zmrzlý vrch is a mountain in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids, 3.5 km southeast of Trojanovice, on the northern ridge of the Radhošť massif between Nořičí hora and Tanečnice, of which it is a subsidiary peak.

Since there is a trail for cross-country skiing, it should definitely be possible to get there with a stroller as well.

The summit is on the right of two parallel paths in the forest. The correct path is marked using GPS. It is indicated by a sign on a tree to the left of the path.

Cable car

You can take a cable car to Pustevny. From there, it's quite a distance.
