    Vidnavská nížina is a lowland in the Jeseník district, on the northern slopes of the Rychlebské Mountains and the Žulovská Highlands, near the border with Poland, where it connects to the Obniżenie Otmuchowskie. Interestingly, there is no peak in this proper lowland. The highest point (352 m) lies at the southern tip of the lowland, on the slope of the Rychlebské Mountains. The only adjacent peak is [peak=5836]Písečník (288 m).
