Vidnava Lowland
The Vidnavska Lowland (Polish: Obniżenie Otmuchowskie) is a lowland in southwestern Poland and a smaller part in the Jesenice Slope. north of the Rychlebské Mountains. The Kladská Nisa River flows through the lowland, on which large retention reservoirs were created, mainly the Otmuchowskie and Nyskie lakes. As in a proper lowland, there are almost no peaks. The highest point (about 380 m) lies near the town of Złoty Stok, on the northern slope of the Rychlebské Mountains. The highest Czech point (about 360 m) is also nearby. The only Czech (minor) peak is Písečník (288 m), on the Polish side the only significant hill is Zameczno (313 m).
