Jedlová is part of challenge: Highest Peaks of the Ore Mountains
Jedlová (Jedlák or Jedlan) is a significant and landscape-dominant peak of the Rudolická Highlands. In the early 1990s, a 78 m tall television and radio transmitter was built at the summit (originally a jamming station for broadcasts from the west). Once offering great views of the Czech Central Highlands and the Klínovec area, today these vistas are heavily shaded by the mature larch forest. In the beech zone on the slopes of Jedlová, there are several rock formations and climbing terrains. Closest, about 120 m from the summit, rises the rock massif Vysílačová skála. About half a kilometer to the east is Vláďulina vyhlídka with Rozpolcená skála, and another 200 m further is the group of Ztracené skály with the 40 m high Americká věž.
