Brno is the 2nd highest peak of the Radče ridge. At an elevation of 718 m above sea level, it features a prominently visible telecommunications transmitter. The summit point was also used in the past as a starting point for geodetic measurements of Central Europe. It got its name during the national revival after the largest Moravian city - Brno.
