At the summit of Hradec, there is an ancient fortification of Celtic or Slavic origin. The most visible evidence of this long-gone and very hard-to-recognize fortification can be found along the path marked in green leading to the mausoleum of the Schroll family from the south. This trail passes through an earthen rampart that is over two meters high in one section. If you walk along the rampart, you can circle the summit of Hradec along the former fortifications. Since the hill is forested, the best views can be obtained from the mausoleum or from an observation point located a few dozen meters to the north.
