In some sources also known as Lom Hřebečná, Hřebečná, Ryžovna, formerly Seifener Berg, and sometimes incorrectly as Bludný vrch. The area was previously a military zone, and there are several remnants of buildings and other military structures (tank observation post...) at the summit and in its vicinity. The area is predominantly covered by meadows and pastures, and to the south of the summit is the former quarry Hřebečná with beautiful examples of columnar jointing of basalt. There are excellent views from the summit and its surroundings. On the northern slope, there is a unique beech forest in the Krušné hory environment (part of the PP Rýžovna).

Height according to the ČÚZK map is 1045.7 m, saddle 1030.0 m, and prominence nearly 16 m, making it more of a main thousand-meter peak than a secondary one. It is possible that the summit was artificially raised during the construction of the former radar station Hřebečná, in which case the height of the eastern peak 1045.1 m would apply, which would also ensure the 15 m prominence needed for the main peak.
