The highest peak of the geomorphological subunit Milič and the fifth most prominent mountain in Hungary. The Hungarian name is Nagy Milic.
The easiest way to ascend the hill is from the village of Slanská Huta. Follow the green trail to the Mala Marovka junction, where we turn onto the yellow trail. We continue along the state border until we reach the Veľký Milič – saddle junction. Here we turn onto the blue trail, which leads us to the summit after a short ascent (250 m).
