A low but interesting Icelandic volcano, whose name can be translated as "Gray Pants", located in the southwest of Iceland. It is situated almost directly on the main island road No. 1, about 100 km north of the capital Reykjavík. The volcano is accessible via wooden stairs and can be circled around its upper edge. Interestingly, it looks snow-covered, but in reality, it is entirely covered with a special white lichen. In the nearby area, there are two other smaller volcanoes.
