At the summit stands a memorial to Silesian Scouting. Scouting was established in Háj ve Slezsku in 1930, pioneered by František Broďák – Nik. The mound of stones was created in response to the ban on the scouting movement and the dissolution of troops in 1970. The memorial, which local older scouts began to build in 1971, contains the founding document of Háj's scouting. Since 1989, young scouts have been able to gather here again to commemorate both the glorious and less glorious moments of the scouting movement and to solemnly take the scout oath. In 1998, a plaque dedicated to the founder of Háj's scouting – František Broďák – was placed in the memorial. Today, the memorial bears epitaph plaques of deceased scouts who contributed to the spread and development of scouting in the Opava region.
