The Vortex Stones consist of two parallel rock walls made of Paleozoic and older rocks: quartzites, phyllites, and green schists. The northern wall is 190 m long and 20 m wide. The individual peaks are named after the most famous Alpine summits. Here you will find the Little Matterhorn, Breithorn, Monte Rosa, Castor, Pollux, and Lyskamm. The southern wall is 120 m long. A little further away is an isolated rock named Poodle. From the rocks, there is a beautiful view of Ještěd, which rises directly above them.
