The highest peak of the Cisów Mountains, which stretch from the Belnianka Valley in the west to the Łukawka Valley in the east. Włochy are primarily composed of Cambrian sandstones covered with beech and fir forests. The extensive dome of Włochy lacks a distinct summit and forms a unique rounded ridge. Near the summit, there is the Cisów Nature Reserve, named after Professor Zygmunt Czubiński. It protects a fragment of mixed forest primeval.
There are no marked trails leading over the summit of Włochy. Nearby, about 300 meters south of the summit, the blue tourist trail of Edmund Padechowicz runs from Łagów to Chęciny.
