The highest peak of the Oblęgorskie Mountains, which stretch from the valley of the Łososina River in the west to the valley of the Bobrza River in the east. Siniewska, like the entire mountain range, is composed of Triassic sandstones and clays. The area around the summit is covered with mixed forest, dominated by beech and fir trees. There were likely pre-Christian cult mounds on the mountain similar to those on Dobrzeszowska Mountain and Lysá Hora; their remnants are visible in aerial photographs.
On the southern slope, in the settlement of Sieniów, which is part of the Oblęgór municipality, there is a viewing platform.
South of the Oblęgorek Mountains lies the village of Oblęgorek, from which the mountain range derives its name. The village is home to the manor house of Henryk Sienkiewicz. The manor has become the Henryk Sienkiewicz Museum. The interior of the manor houses numerous memorabilia of the writer and his family, including furniture, books, and paintings by various artists such as Piotr Stachiewicz, Władysław Czachórski, Kazimierz Pochwalski, and Jacek Malczewski.
A red hiking trail leads to the summit of Siniewska, as well as the Main Świętokrzyska Trail of Edmund Massalski from Gołoszyce to Kuźniaki and an urban educational trail from Oblęgorek to the viewing terrace in the settlement of Sieniów.
