Otrocz, at an elevation of 372 meters, is the highest peak of the Orocza group, stretching between the valleys of the Lubrzanka River to the west and the Warkocz Stream to the east. It is composed of Cambrian sandstone and slate and is covered by mixed forest. At the summit of Otrocz stands a wooden cross in memory of the heroes of the Polish-Soviet War. The blue tourist trail of Edmund Padechowicz runs along the ridge and summit of Otrocz and through the village of Niestachów from Łagów to Chęcin.
