About peak Kiełków

Logged on Vrcholovka 1x in total. Vrchol Kiełków was added here by Milda.

Kiełków (also known as Kiełki) is the highest peak of the Orłowin Mountains, which stretch from the valley of the Belnianka River in the west to the Łagowica valley in the east. Like the entire mountain range, Kiełków is composed of Cambrian sandstone. Both the access and the summit itself are set among trees and covered with mixed forest, so the views are limited.
The blue hiking trail of Edmund Padechowicz from Łagów to Chęciny leads over the summit of Kiełków and the area of the now-defunct village of Wojteczki.
