Altana is the highest peak of Garb Gielniowski and the entire Masovian Voivodeship, located between Ciechostowice and Hucisko. The summit, covered by forest, does not offer extensive views, and there is a 34-meter observation tower at the top (unfortunately inaccessible to visitors). Altana is part of the Crown of Poland and the Crown of the Holy Cross Mountains, and a cycling path runs through it.
Note: Do not confuse the Crown of Polish Mountains (vrcholovka.cz, kgp.info.pl) with the Crown of Poland (msw-pttk.org.pl).
