The highest peak of the Hornosázavská Highlands. The Horní stráně are 2 meters higher (and Roudnice is 7 meters higher), but they are merely a subsidiary peak (and Roudnice a resting point) of Henzlička, which belongs to the Křižanovská Highlands. According to Břetislav Balatka's classification, Horní stráně and Roudnice also belong to the Křižanovská Highlands, making Stráně clearly the highest peak in this classification. The highest point of the relatively flat summit is located in the middle of a field, about 150 meters WSW of the geodetic point.
