Oderwitzer Spitzberg is part of challenge: Nejhory Šluknovska

It is a basalt volcanic rock rising above the surrounding landscape. At the summit, there is a historic pillar of the Royal Saxon triangulation - Station 43 Spitzberg. On its southeast and east slopes, there are many climbing routes ranging from easy to difficult, equipped with bolts and anchors. There is also a short via ferrata. Just below the summit, there is a nice restaurant where you can enjoy a good coffee for €2 (10/2021). About 500 m northeast of the summit, there is a bobsled track.
Note: In some maps, it is listed with a longer name Oberoderwitzer Spitzberg, while in others with a shorter name Spitzberg.
