Climb above the city of Petra, on the opposite side of the Crusader Castle, again with stunning views of the Wadi Mousa valley, Petra, the Amphitheater, and at the end, the famous Treasury. The ascent is challenging, with significant elevation gain and a lot of steep steps. However, there are refreshment stalls along the way :) You cannot go all the way to the summit! But you can reach viewpoints above Petra at an altitude of 1050 m.a.s.l.
