The bunkers are located at the top of the hill Turó de la Rovira, which, like Park Güell, is part of the Carmel district. You can easily reach the hill by public transport, but you must walk to the very top. The path is marked.
The wartime bunkers at the top of the hill were built in the first half of the 20th century during the Spanish Civil War.
