A significant point in the geomorphological district of Bořeňské středohoří. Formerly known as Kaňkov and even earlier as Pastýřský, Kyselecký, and Ovčí vrch. It is the source of the natural healing spring Bílinská kyselka. From the summit's edge rocks, one can see Bořeň, Želenický vrch, Zlatník, and Mnichovec. The peak is complemented by the so-called Bílinský triangle, connecting the summit books from Bořeň and Zlatník.
