Töpfer (Hrnčíř) is a broad sandstone hill on the northern edge of the Zittau Mountains near Oybin. It has an inconspicuous summit with a cross a short distance from the Oybin Rundweg trail. East of the summit lies a rocky plateau with remarkable rock formations, created by selective weathering of the sandstone. The most famous of these is the Felsentor (Rock Gate) near the hut. At its top, there is an observation point accessible by an iron staircase.
