The most famous trek on the island through wild jungle to rocky viewpoints. A guide is not necessary, but I recommend one for those not skilled in maps and navigation. Several ladders lead to the summit. There is an extensive rocky viewpoint at the base, where most expeditions end. Two rocks are connected by a wooden horizontal ladder.

If you venture further into the jungle, you will find a wooden bridge over a chasm. Beyond the bridge is another viewpoint and a ladder to the summit stone, see photos. There are a total of 4 viewpoints.

Parking at the trailhead costs 10 DNG.

!! Most guides and distorted information on the internet claim this is the highest mountain on the island. Don't be misled. Firstly, it is not even the actual summit, and secondly, this point does not even make it into the top 20 highest places on the island!! The views are only to the south, and from this perspective, it looks like the highest mountain.
