The highest mountain in the Opava district. Formerly an active stratovolcano (2 million years ago). About 1200 m west of the summit, a lava neck is exposed in a former basalt quarry. You can observe the spherical weathering of the basalt here.
The summit is marked by a pole, stones, and a signpost. In the distance, there is a hydrometeorological station.
