At the summit, there is a lookout tower and a historic inn (both are inaccessible, restoration of the lookout tower and reconstruction of the inn are planned), a short distance from the summit are ski jumps. At the top stands the historic stone pillar of the Royal Saxon triangulation - Station 44 Kottmar.
