The memorial lookout tower on Mandava (480 m a.s.l.) commemorates one of the Hussite gatherings in the mountains on September 29, 1419. Here, the priest Václav Koranda the Elder was said to have preached, and the event is depicted in Mucha's Slav Epic in the painting Meeting at Křížky.
