Ascent without prior acclimatization takes about 4 days. First day Stepantsminda - Camp 1 (about halfway to the Meteorological Station), second day Meteorological Station (I recommend setting out for an acclimatization walk), third day summit and return to the Meteorological Station, fourth day descent to Stepantsminda.
