Uplaz is a mountain in the Kysucké Beskydy on the Slovak-Polish border. It is located in the main ridge between the peaks of Veľký Príslop to the north and Veľká Rača to the southwest. The northwestern slopes descend into the valley of the Oščadnica stream, while the southeastern slopes lead into the valley of the Racza stream. The main European watershed and the long-distance hiking trail Główny Szlak Beskidzki pass over the summit. The peak is unmarked and forested.
