Logged on Vrcholovka 5x in total. Vrchol Falkenstein was added here by Jiří Králík.

You can climb via the classic trail, but the much more attractive option is to ascend via the Falkenstein klettersteig, which has variants B/C, C/D, or D/E. The summit is about 100 m west of the end of the C/D ferrata. Right below the summit, there are climbing routes on the southern wall.
