Nuvolo is a strong rocky arm south of Cima della Vezzana, separating Val dei Cantoni from Valle delle Gallin, and it drops with vertical and sunny walls of excellent rock into the deep gorge of Val dei Cantoni.
The summit is the most neglected during the ascent to Vezzana, offering an easy climb that proceeds from the saddle with a second after a short northwestern ridge. It requires the use of ice axes and crampons in the steep valley of Val dei Cantoni, which is snow-covered until late summer, and overcoming easy rock passages.

The normal route to the cloud does not present any particular technical difficulties, apart from the use of ice axes and crampons necessary until late summer to reach P.so Travignolo, but it is somewhat tiring due to the steep path and the length of the route, especially if you do not use the Rosetta cable car. From the saddle with anticima Vezzana, you can briefly and easily climb to this summit (45 min. round trip), collecting two peaks over 3000 m in one day.
