The second highest and also the northernmost peak of the side ridge of the Volovské vrchy in the southern part of the subunit Zlatý stôl. At the summit and its surroundings, there is vegetation and occasionally uprooted trees, so there are no views. Unlike other peaks of the ridge, it lacks a triangulation point.
