A beautiful rocky summit near Studenec above the village of Lísk. A former volcano, featuring perfectly developed columnar jointing of olivine alkaline basalt (stone organ). The columns reach extraordinary lengths of up to 30 meters and were reportedly used in the construction of sea dikes in the Netherlands due to their great durability. After mining ceased in the 1970s, it was protected as a national natural monument. A marked trail leads to the summit, but the final ascent of about 100 meters to the highest point requires following a small worn path, which is quite steep in places. Stunning views of almost the entire Lusatian Mountains, but you can also see Ještěd, Sedlo, Milešovka...
