The summit is marked by a tourist signpost and features a lookout tower that allows for observation of the complete horizon. It is the highest peak of the eponymous geomorphological subunit Turecká, which is the easternmost part of the Revúcka Highlands.
You can reach Turecká from Rožňava via the green tourist trail, and from Rudná, there is an educational trail Turecká with stops dedicated to mining and forestry.

Chalet/accommodation

At the lower part of the lookout tower, there is a small room that can serve as an emergency shelter during rain.
