Previously known as Strakonický Šibeniční vrch, it is associated with several legends about Švanda the Piper. On the summit, there is a transmitter Strakonice I where the remains of the gallows used to be. The educational trail Švandy dudáka runs through the peak, and there is a resting place with a table and benches. It features the 4th stop of the educational trail, dedicated to the history of Šibeniční vrch and the aforementioned legends.
