General Terms and Conditions

I. Basic provisions

1. These General Terms and Conditions are issued pursuant to Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.

2. These Terms and Conditions regulate mutual rights and obligations of the seller and buyer via the web interface available at www.vrcholovka.cz/eshop/.

3. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract. Divergent arrangements take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

4. These Terms and Conditions and the purchase contract are concluded in the Czech language.

II. Information on goods and prices

1. Information about goods, including prices, is listed for each item in the online store catalog. Prices include VAT.

2. All presentation of goods in the catalog is for information purposes only.

III. Order and conclusion of purchase contract

1. The buyer may place an order via a customer account or by completing the order form without registration.

2. All orders accepted by the seller are binding.

IV. Customer account

1. Based on registration, the buyer may access their customer account and order goods. The buyer may also order without registration.

V. Payment and delivery terms

1. The buyer may pay the purchase price as follows: by bank transfer to account no. 2901972682 / 2010 (Fio banka), or in cash upon personal collection.

2. In case of non-cash payment, the purchase price is due within 5 days from conclusion of the purchase contract.

VI. Withdrawal from contract

1. A buyer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. For withdrawal, the buyer may use the model form provided by the seller and send it to the seller's email or delivery address.

VII. Rights from defective performance

1. The seller is liable to the buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt.

2. The buyer is entitled to claim rights from defects in consumer goods within twenty-four months of receipt.

3. Complaints must be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date they are made.

VIII. Delivery

1. The contractual parties may deliver correspondence via electronic mail.

IX. Personal data

1. More detailed information on personal data protection is available in Privacy Policy.

X. Final provisions

1. All arrangements are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic.

2. The seller may amend the wording of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 9 March 2021
