A typical example of a cryoplanation slope in the Benešov Highlands. The slope was formed during the Ice Ages when frost weathering of rocks occurred – water in the cracks froze, the rocks broke down, and material gradually slid down. As a result, the northwest slope has a relatively steep profile, and boulders and stony debris accumulate below it.
