At the southern end of the elongated peak stands Přimda, the oldest stone castle in the Czech Republic. However, the main summit is at the northern end of the ridge, and the vast majority of hikers miss it. In other words, if you only reach the castle, you haven't been to the summit of Přimda. The view, under optimal conditions, is outstanding - from Klínovec to Boubín.
